In this game, a person starts a story with a sentence, and then the next person continues the story with a new sentence. The game continues with each person adding to the story. Please keep to one sentence per person per turn. And keep to HOL rules.

Since this is spooky month, let's see how spooky it can get. I will start the story and we'll see where it goes.
