Blue Virtue is an honour presented to a Ravenclaw who exhibits friendship, kindness and excellent character, who goes out of his or her way to brighten someone's day.

God, another one of these Amys hit the awards list. You have no idea how confused I got a minute ago. Apparently this eagle is "really nice to everyone, not just Ravenclaws." What? NICE TO NON-RAVENCLAWS?! WHODATHUNK? XD

But yes, she is quite fabulous, I suppose, for an Amy.
