Time based prophecies that kept me from living
in the moment—I am struggling to trust the divinity of all the guides, and what on earth they have planned for us.

“The Great War,” you parrot back. “Like intergalactic warfare? Aliens versus humans kinda stuff?”

“Not exactly, but yes,” Saffron gives the slightest bow of their head. It’s still difficult for you to gaze into their face directly.

“The Great War is not just about different races battling it out between one another. It’s a battle between the light and the dark held within each of us as individuals. What is within, just as much as between each group, each planet, and, yes, the galaxies.”

“Good versus evil,” you try not to sound too bored. “Yep. Tale as old as time.”

“Not quite as straightforward as that. When considering the lightness and darkness, one is not simply good while the other is bad. Think of it more like service-to-self, versus service-to-others.”

“How is that different?” Now your exasperation is leaking out. “Selfish and selfless, isn’t that basically the same as one side being evil while the other is good?”

Indicating there will be time enough for all answers to these questions, Saffron takes you by the hand once more. In an instant, you’re back on earth, but far into the past.

Pointing a finger and directing your gaze at a grassy hill nearby, you’re bowled over at the enormous people meeting there.

“Loosely translating to ‘those of royal blood,’” says Saffron, “the Annunaki are a group of deities similar to what you would call giant humans in form.”

So now giants are aliens too? You refrain from huffing audibly.

“They are described in your histories as far back as the Sumarian and Babylonian cultures of ancient Mesopotamia, and were highly influential over many of the rapid leaps in consciousness your species have made in the past regarding higher knowledge of the world in such areas as writing, mathematics, and technological progress.”

Pulling yourself together, you can’t help laugh a little, “These giants helped us become smarter? Aren’t giants notoriously meant to be a bit daft?”

Affording you the good humor of their own chuckle, Saffron says, “Would you believe it if I said modern humans largely evolved from the Annunaki tampering with your DNA at that juncture to create a new race of beings?”

“…What would they want with a new race of beings?” You ask, both taken aback and somewhat uncomfortable at the change in topic.

“What a blessing it is, to build relationships with beings capable of performing specialized tasks, and more efficiently cultivating resources. It’s not so different from your own creations of machinery and artificial intelligence.”

You’re dumbfounded, but continue listening intently as Saffron adds, “This is a highly controversial issue that’s even caused a stir across the multiverse. Specifically from the perspective of interfering with your organic progression. That being said, if it hadn’t been for this act, which many would argue was selfish on the part of the Annunaki, neither you nor your circle of family and friends would exist.”

Stunned into silence, absorbing the information, it’s a while before either of you speaks again.

Task:
Ah, the creativity with which the mind can plays tricks with us. Such outlandish and imaginative details! You find yourself conjuring up stories about the first time meeting an extraterrestrial, or engaging with aliens to assist each other’s growth. For this task, share a piece of Creative Writing below using 150 words or more to describe such an encounter with your preferred or made up extraterrestrial(s)! This could be from the perspective of your own persona, or other imagined up/fictionally known characters.

Alternatively you can learn more about human-angel DNA connections of the Annunaki by solving the following Hashi puzzle and Send Me Your Solution through a private message!

Creative Writing:

”This cannot be happening! The Silence are NOT REAL!”

I scream in frustration at the creature standing calmly before me. Not even allowing myself time to catch a good breath, I continue to rail, letting my disbelief be well-known. The Silence (which the grayish, wrinkled creature fit to the proverbial ‘t’, were a monster-of-the-week in one of my favorite television shows, Doctor Who. I knew the Silence lived among humans undetected, and even had the ability to affect human beings and events, but they were a work of fiction. Right?!

The alien (who I still refer to as the Silence), as if reading my thoughts, shook their head with a slight smile. As soon as I calmed down enough to listen, they reached out a hand and laid gentle fingers on my wrist, letting me ‘see’ their thoughts and ‘talk’ to me in the only way they knew how. They explained how they operate, and assure me that they mean no harm to me, specifically, or the human race in general. In fact, they are here to help us/me evolve into something higher if I will allow it. It seems that I have been chosen as ‘Test Subject 1’, but only with my consent, of course. Surprising myself, I do.

The Silence smiles once more and lays their forehead against mine, bridging the gap with slender fingers. They murmer soothing words and I see a faint blue light and feel a slight warmth before losing myself to a dreamless and deep sleep.

When I awaken, the Silence is gone, and for the briefest of moments, I dismiss it as a mere dream. I stumble to the mirror and notice a small blue dot right below my left ear. It does not hurt, just tingles when I touch it. Colors seem brighter, the air seems alive, and I can see things in a manner I never could before. I am part of the world, but I am also within it, and able to manipulate the space around me. I am a hybrid human/Silence, and I have the sneaky feeling that my life will never be the same. I touch the dot again and concentrate and the Silence appears before me; and I smile. I am ready to learn.
