You and your friends enjoy debating about the houses almost too much. However, discussing the merits and pitfalls of each house has put you in a reflective mood. You do remember your first few years at Hogwarts quite well. Even though you were technically at a prestigious school, you have been having the time of your life learning about magic with your friends, trying and joining different clubs, and exploring the castle and the grounds around it.
You have accomplished so much at this point in your journey at Hogwarts, and at the same time you cannot wait to see what the future will hold for you and your friends. Although you are not absolutely certain of what your life after Hogwarts might look like, you are looking forward to these last few years of this phase of your life and discovering more of who you are and what you are meant to become.
Task: Write in 100 words or more a reflection about the upcoming year. What do you think you will accomplish this year? How many times will you visit Hogsmeade with your friends? Which classes are you taking this year? Who are you dueling in the dueling club and why them?
Alternatively, you can draw something that shows your answers to these questions to show your reflection on the upcoming year. Please keep your graphics no more than 600 x 600 pixels, per HOL rules.
This task is worth 10 beans, with 15 additional beans available if all Week Four activities are completed. Everything is due by 11:59 pm HOL time on September 30th.

I think that I will accomplish more magical knowledge this year by going to classes, clubs, through extracurricular activities, and through daily life encounters during my life in the castle. I will probably visit Hogsmeade just the normal amount with my friends to make sure that I always have my snacks stocked up to full for sharing with my friends during activities, discussions, and studying, and for breaks between my own study seshes. I am taking mostly canons and canons with a twist this year, besides my orientation class. It is my first year at Hogwarts and I think that at least the whole of my first year will be formattive to me, in the likes of how much I am going to enjoy Hogwarts (HOL to us), what I will look forward to each time I come back, getting in ease about how I will be able to fit it into my Muggle identity, and overall formatting my time spent on HOL and making a connection of ease between it and my Muggle engagements. I joined in the Dueling Club because it is great to learn a wizarding world hobby to spend time on with my friends, and if I intend to spend any part of my future in the wizarding world, I will need my dueling skills.

I hope to accomplish a lot this year all over the castle. I think I'll be able to take ten classes in a year as I did last year, and will hopefully earn a quill in all of them. I'm a sucker for House points, so I'm going to try to be as involved as possible to gather them. I often poke my head into all the common rooms around the castle, so I plan to continue to grace you all with my presence. I'm mainly taking a mix of classes, not all canon, but I'm trying to check them off my list of classes I want to take before it's time for OWLs and NEWTs

This year I am focusing on academics and my prefect duties. I think this will be a great upcoming year with loads of new fun since there are many new people to add to the creative pool. I am hoping to try out new things such as being a class assistant and such. Regarding classes, I am taking as many as I can as I love to learn. I am hoping to take all classes in my fourth year that are needed in order to be able to do my OWLs in my fifth year with some experience and knowledge in the subjects. I love Hogsmeade and would go to any opportunity I can get. It is the closest feel to a small town community I can get with a lovely atmosphere and many things to do. Dueling wise, I am happy to duel against anyone as good fun and practice.

I’m hoping to integrate well into Hogwarts in my first year, through different clubs and extracurricular activities. I hope I’ll manage to meet lots of different people by visiting other houses common rooms and taking as many classes as possible. This term, along with my mandatory introductory course, I’m doing a mix of canon and non canon classes-DADA, Potions, Family Studies and The Battle of Hogwarts. I’m thinking of doing a similar mix next term, and already have my eye on a couple.

This year, I'm very much hoping to pass a full 10 classes across the two terms - and there's already so much on offer that I want to take! For this term, I've chosen to take Confronting Your Boggart, Herbology, Magical Maladies, Prophecies 101 and The Magical World Of Autism - I've already made a start on a few of them and am loving them all! I'm also student teaching both the classes I started last year, and a new third class, and I'm hoping they'll all be successful. I'm also aiming to be involved with as many activities as possible around the forums & make some new friends along the way!

The last couple of years, life has been incredibly busy and I haven't been as active as I would have liked. I have also struggled completing my classes and have had to rush them or not complete them all.
So this year I aim to be more active, too enjoy and complete my classes which this year are A Beginner's Guide to Villainy ,Astrology and Harry Potter, Chinese Festivals, Poisons, Wizarding School.
I want to visit hogmedes multiple times, especially the three broom sticks for some butter beer and honeydukes. I want to make some new friends, take part in all the exciting activities maybe brush up on my dueling skills and just have fun.

This term, I'm taking some classes that don't have much to do with canon, such as The Magical World of Autism and The Hobbit, but then there are some canon-like ones like Apparition for Beginners, The Marauders 101, and Wand-Making. Not fully canon, but with the pertinent topics.
I hope to be a good staff member this year. I'm a newly minted Art and Library Department head, so I hope to work well with others to bring the HOLers some fun, new projects. I've quite enjoyed hosting the Wizardvision Song Contest at the beginning of summer, so I think I'd love to host another HOL-wide activity. I want to be more active around all the houses, not just a select few.
I do need to remember to relax a little, so I'll join other posters here as they make their way to Hogsmeade for some rest and relaxation, maybe a cup of tea or coffee.
