Are we okay with Hermione's Yule Ball dress in the movies?

I was scrolling my Muggle social media feed, and I found a post where fans had things to say against changing the color of Hermione's Yule Ball dress from periwinkle blue in the books to the pink that Emma Watson wore to portray her in the movies. The post showed two photos of Emma Watson from the scene, one in the same dress with the color edited to blue and the other with the pink dress she actually wore. The post also said that the person responsible for Hermione's dress was against giving her the blue dress as in the books, because they thought that blue didn't suit Emma and that the color pink would represent Hermione stepping into her femininity. The fans argued in the comments that Emma was looking stunning in both photos (the edited one and the real one). Personally, I was conflicted about my opinion, but eventually settled on that giving Hermione the pink dress was the right choice. Although I do not root for most of the other disparities between the books and the movies because it kills the feel of the books for me, this time I was okay with letting Emma wear whatever suited her best and I saw that Emma looked slightly better in the real photo in which she is wearing a pink dress. Stationery Muggle photos do not provide a lot of angles to be able to judge accurately, but I can argue that Emma Watson appears cool toned to me and the pink dress that she wore is also cool toned and suits Emma. It glows her up and makes her look more mature than she would have looked in periwinkle blue, and the scene after all was meant to show Emma's transformation from girl to woman to Ron and the audience.
This Yuletide season, I would love to hear your opinions on the same. Do you like Emma in the pink dress as Hermione during the Yule Ball, or would you prefer that her dress was periwinkle blue like in the books?
