Blue Virtue is an honour presented to a Ravenclaw who exhibits friendship, kindness and excellent character, who goes out of his or her way to brighten someone's day.
Apparently this person's really friendly. I wouldn't know, I have a slight grudge against Amys in general *coughs* I mean, whut?
Anyway, no surprises here, this eagle is extremely friendly, helpful, and dependable. Certainly another stellar, shiny person, and I'm glad to have her around to laud awards on (because it clearly means I don't have to give myself one for being SUCH a great role model
