The Hawking HOLer award is given to a Ravenclaw who always finds time for HOL, despite any impediments or interferences.
I don't know why I suggested this dude to get Hawking HOLer, but I suppose he deserves it somehow. Might have something to do with being around to do activities and stuff in the Roost last month. Yeah, that might be it. Anyway, he totally gets a thumbs up for being sorta kinda awesome. I suppose.
