Blue Virtue is an honour presented to a Ravenclaw who exhibits friendship, kindness and excellent character, who goes out of his or her way to brighten someone's day. Last month, the nominee has been said to be "always so welcoming to new students wanting to have a go at role-playing, always putting in the effort to welcome them and start a new story if there isn't one open for them." If that doesn't describe Blue Virtue, I don't know what does!
