Week Two - Task #07. - Blue Avians

Postby Prof. Sindor Aloyarc » Sun Jul 14, 2024 1:00 pm

And the day that I do wake up and transcend the holy makeup, I am capable. I am powerful.

You can’t recall falling asleep, and then things begin to feel like a deep, peaceful dream when you’re inevitably woken back into a new location.

Abstract details indistinctly morphing into one another, calmly and seamlessly breathing a misty blue world to life with such vibrant, sensuous pulsation. Everything expanding and retracting in harmony as one.

You and Saffron are flying through a glittering, sapphire sky, but you are not alone. Eight foot tall, beautifully birdlike humanoid beings are soaring in staggering geometrical formations on all sides.

“These are the Blue Avians,” Saffron informs. “They are interdimensional messengers who tend to communicate telepathically.”

“Hearing them within the mind, you mean?”

You’re told that the subtlety of Blue Avian communication with humans is such that, in many cases, one might never know they’d been receiving messages at all.

“Making contact through your dreams is common, particularly as an initial introduction until they have been invited into your physical reality.”

Watching the flight patterns of these gorgeous extraterrestrials, you listen on with great interest.

“Then, yes, once they’ve been given permission—unconsciously in most cases—to express themselves fully in the presence of a human, talking to them would be a lot like an exchange within your own mind.”

Having never had someone else’s voice in your head, you ponder how this would feel …A little Invasive?

“Otherwise,” Saffron‘s wings brush against your arms, sending shivers of happiness along your skin, “you’ve still been receiving Blue Avian messages throughout your days while awake.”

After giving them an affronted look (thinking that, even if you didn’t pick up on it in your dreams, you’d certainly know if aliens had been telepathically talking to you during the day) Saffron says, “You’ve just been taking for granted that the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors you’re compelled toward in those moments are always all your own, rather than including the nudge of Blue Avian inceptions. Particularly,” they add, “During times of great insight.”

Alternatively share any Dream you’ve had, using 150 words or more to describe what happened in the dream, what it could represent to you symbolically, and/or how it might have helped you process something in your life or see things in a new light. This dream could also simply be full of silly and topsy-turvy fun, but hopefully it will be meaningful enough to you in some way that you’d care to share it with us!

This task is worth 15 beans/sapphires, with an additional 15 bonus beans/sapphires for completing all Week Two tasks by end of activity. Deadline is 11:59pm (HOL time) on Sunday July 28th.

Once I had a dream about a lion waiting for me outside my house to attack me. Yes, I mean that I was aware of the threat waiting outside even when I was inside the house. When I went out of my house, it suddenly started chasing me. Everyone on the streets was afraid of it and running helter skelter. Some got into high buildings that the lion could not reach and someone attempted to flee in cars. I entered a shopping mall hoping there would be people with guns (I was thinking security officials) who could scare the lion away by firing aerial shots but the lion went past them with one of the security officials paralysed in fear and the other tackled to the ground by the lion and refusing to get up thereafter. I was the only one being specifically targeted by it because it followed whenever I went and chased me, only scaring or tackling the others to get them out of the way, but everyone was scared and fleeing from it. It was chasing me until I got into an elevator that took me to the first floor and then higher up to the roof of the building and finally felt safe, while the others around me gossiped about how the lion was wreaking havoc on the ground floor. I wished everyone was safe in the other floors and all managed to escape the ground floor. I was told that the lion was gone after awhile and that I could come down safely. People around me began to go down one by one but I still couldn't trust the situation. I must have woken up after that because I don't remember the rest.
Dream are not just our brain thinking while we are asleep, but stories made up of our subconscious associations regarding what is going on in our waking life. Some would also say that dreams are communication from the divine, and I cannot disagree. I will look at this dream both ways. Thinking about my waking life, I was probably feeling attacked or threatened or perhaps trapped inside in fear of something or someone in the outside world, symbolically a representation of something that I was afraid of. I was also actively avoiding the problem thinking that I am the only one unequipped to deal with it, otherwise the generally kind and humane me wouldn't find it in me to leave others behind me in the face of danger or enter a shopping mall, relying on the security officials, and fleeing into the elevator, without taking the others with me, especially since a lion is an animal that would be a threat to everybody and not just me and hence represented a problem which I knew happens to everybody, not just me. I was feeling selfish and unready to deal with the situation and was relying on fleeing the scene while others got rid of the problem for me. I could also have felt targetted specifically as a result of feeling less than others in some way which is why I saw the lion chasing only me. That is my interpretation of this dream without using fixed Freudian guides, but if I follow various sources from the internet, they tell me that dreaming of being chased by lions represents anger or rage that is being repressed without dealing with it healthily and alternatively escaping from a lion represents feeling vulnerable, anxious, or threatened.
Seeing it the other way, as divine guidance from my guardian angel and my spirit guides, or as their attempt to communicate with me, let me first begin by adding here that the lion symbol is very special to me. Not only is it my favorite animal, but it is also belongs to the family of my spirit animal- the cat, only it is a larger version. It is said that when your spirit animal appears in your dream, it is likely portraying a part of yourself that you should embrace without worrying about other people's opinions or a part of you that should more boldly or clearly express. If your spirit animal chases you in your dream, especially when it is specifically chasing you, it reflects a part of your personality that you are ashamed/scared of. The lion by itself as a spirit animal symbolizes courage and self-confidence, so if the dream was a message from the divine, I was likely being told to embrace my self- confidence and stop wallowing in self - doubt and self-pity.

I had this dream a few years ago, and oddly enough, it was like a ‘to be continued’ television episode. The very next night, the dream picked up exactly where the previous night’s had left off. Sadly, I never got a third ‘episode’, so I don’t really know the outcome.

Present in the dream were myself, my husband, my daughter, and my mother-in-law. To set the background, my mother-in-law (the central figure) is the epitome of ‘down home country, super sweet’ woman. At any rate, the dream starts with my mother-in-law walking down a lane and stopping occasionally for my mother in law to speak with them. I am following behind with an armful of white robes. My mother-in-law asks them (very politely and sweet) if they want to join a new church she is forming called The Church of the Sun. If they say yes, I hand them a robe. If they decline, she stabs them!

My husband is driving a limousine as we travel further, complete with chauffeur uniform, sans cap. After being threatened by his mother, he puts on the cap! We continue in the same vein as previously. Meanwhile, my daughter is standing in an abandoned church, wearing a white robe and holding a candle. The dream never states why she is there at all.

At first glance, it’s very dark and foreboding, but if you look at the deeper meaning, I believe it was meant to instruct, not merely entertain. I consider myself a spiritual person, but there was always a struggle between my Catholic upbringing and my own Wiccan beliefs. I believe that the dream was trying to tell me that it was okay to follow my own path, even if it was a mixture of the two. I think that the ‘killing’ was symbolic of those who wanted to judge/condemn my choices, with the Church of the Sun representing warm acceptance for all. See, my mother-in-law was not a homicidal weirdo, but my protector! My husband is always by my side, no matter what, and my daughter represents the pure light of humanity. At least that is the way I interpret it.

I believe it was trying to tell me that it was okay to follow my own path and do not waste time on those who would judge me for it. Conversely, I believe the other lesson was telling me not to judge others, either. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, even if it was against my own. And there you have it!
