"We're about to find out who won the Magical Creature Cup!"
Your teammates are just as excited as you, as you wait patiently (or perhaps impatiently) for the Camp Director to take his place to announce the winner. It is the last night of camp, and it's bitter sweet to be sitting here around the final campfire with all your friends, old and new. It has been an amazing time here at camp, and you are a bit sad to leave, but it will be nice to return home to your family and be able to get ready for a new school year, where a whole new adventure awaits!
A hush goes over the crowd of campers as the Camp Director stands up and waits for quiet.
"What an amazing year for Camp Hogwarts! It was such a pleasure to see all of you that are returning, as well as meet all the new first-time campers that joined us! We had campers here from all over the Wizarding World, and it was so great to see all the collaboration and relationships built that will span the globe when we all go home.
"We had ourselves quite the competition this year as you all worked for the Magical Creature Cup, and it was quite the close call. Everyone performed admirably, and it was inspiring to see you all working together and even stepping out of your comfort zones to contribute to your teams.
"Unfortunately, only one team can win the Magical Creature Cup. And there was one team who had 100% engagement and earned every possible point throughout our time here at camp, and that is: Team Bowtruckle! Congratulations to Team Bowtruckle, and to everyone who participated, because there are many of you who won an award while here at camp. But as we know, camp is not all about winning, and I expect each and every one of you have something to take with you into the school year ahead that you gained here at camp, whether that is a new friendship, a better understanding of yourself, a new skill, or maybe even a newfound confidence! I hope each and every one of you will return to Camp Hogwarts next year, and have an unforgettable school year!"
There is a loud applause all around and you and your teammates are all getting up to hug one another and wish each other well in the year to come. Camp is always such a special place, and although you can't quite explain it, you feel as though it will miss you just as much as you will miss it.
