Sustaining the Spell

As we come to the end of this workshop, there is no expectation that anything has fundamentally changed. For some of you, this practice may have felt natural. For others, it may have felt neutral, inconsistent, awkward, or even challenging. All of those experiences are normal.

Loving-kindness, as practiced by Muggles, is not something that produces immediate or dramatic results. It is a pattern built through repetition. A direction chosen again and again because even small moments of intentional kindness can shape the way we move through the world.

Congrats to River Fenwick and Janne Halla for passing this workshop with flying colors and earning the Metta award!
