Debate: Who was the worst character in Harry Potter

In my opinion, it was Bellatrix Lestrange and Dolores Umbridge. Bellatrix was so malevolent all by herself, ambitious, and ruthlessly cruel. At the same time, Umbridge was simply a pink version of the same, meaning she delivered her cruelty sweetly instead of being straightforward because she was a coward in comparison to Bellatrix. Umbridge used her manipulation tactics to rise to a higher position in the Ministry and used her position of power to inflict cruelties.
