Hawking HOLer Award for January

The Hawking HOLer award is given to a Ravenclaw who always finds time for HOL, despite any impediments or interferences. This eagle has been in the background doing work as a prefect for some time. But, owing to RL time constraints, she's since stepped down to let another prefect take her place. That said, we, the Ravenclaw Rulers of the Universe, greatly appreciate what she's done over the past, and what she still does even when she has stepped down. So yes. Sentiments aside...
