Hawking HOLer Award for March

The Hawking HOLer award is given to a Ravenclaw who always finds time for HOL, despite any impediments or interferences. Well, this post might look a bit ordinary after seeing his extraordinary announcement of The Eagles winners. Even though he still is unsure which nest he is in charge of, he has really stepped it up this year covering for other busy prefects.
